Last Updated: March 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TheValveHub platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Platform Roles & Governance

ThePlatform operates as a controlled intermediary between Clients (procurement specialists) and Partners (manufacturers and suppliers).

  • Admin Governance: Every RFQ is subject to technical review and masking by our engineering team to ensure quality and privacy.
  • Role Isolation: Users are strictly confined to their registered role. Clients cannot view Partner identities, and Partners cannot view competing bids.

3. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate, up-to-date business information. Prohibited actions include:

  • Bypassing the platform to establish direct Client-Partner communication for active RFQs.
  • Submitting falsified technical documentation or certification.
  • Attempting to scrape or reverse-engineer platform pricing logic.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their proprietary technical drawings and specifications. TheValveHub retains all rights to the platform software, logic, and masking technology. Users are granted a limited license to use the platform for its intended industrial procurement purpose.

5. Confidentiality

Information exchanged through TheValveHub platform is considered confidential. Partners agree not to disclose RFQ details to third parties, and Clients agree not to disclose platform-provided benchmarking data.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Kingdom of Saudi Arabia**. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
